May 2017 Income Report
This May 2017 Income Report marks my fourth income report on the blog. This is all the income I earned in May, I may not have actually been paid yet for this work. This also does not factor in taxes or expenses.
How I Earn My Income
I primarily earn money through freelance writing, affiliate marketing, driving for Lyft, and a few other hustles here and there.
I’m still working to build my affiliate marketing income, but I do only share tools and resource I have used myself and find helpful. If you want to get started with affiliate marketing, I’d recommend Michelle of Making Sense of Cent’s Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing Course.
Wanting to get started on Lyft? You can read my post on becoming a Lyft driver.
May 2017 Income = $3,889.75
Total May Income: $3,889.75 (down $242.85 from April)
Freelance Writing: $3,871.25
Affiliate Marketing: $18.50 This is something I want to work on growing, I’m slowly working my way through the Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing Course.
Lyft Driving: $0 I spent most of the month out of town, so didn’t do any driving this month.
Income Goal Progress
I have set an income goal of $80,000 for 2017. $12,782 of $80,000 = 15.97% to goal.
That is it for my May 2017 Income Report. If you have any questions, feel free to let me know. Now to tackle June with another goal of increasing my income from May.
